Every home we build comes standard with open-cell spray foam insulation in the roof deck and exterior walls, HVAC ductwork inside the conditioned space, double-pane Low-E windows, a heat pump hot water heater, and a fully sealed thermal envelope. Most builders charge extra for these features. We don't.
