Energy Smart New Homes began in 1991 by two good friends from college at the University of Alabama. Both with the first name George, they remain partners today. Since that time the company has constructed approximately 1000 energy efficent, affordable homes throughout the Birmingham area. Many of the company's subcontractors have been with us for over 20 years and our main superintendent has been with us for 28 years!
Our primary focus is providing extremely energy efficient homes with cost saving SPRAY FOAM INSULATION in all exterior walls and attics and energy saving HEAT PUMP HOT WATER HEATERS. All Homes Offer a 2 Year High Performance Guarantee limiting the maximum monthly utility costs.
