Your closet has a ton of space when it comes to door space, so use it! There are several door hooks that you can use on the inside of your door or on the outside of your closet door. This allows for almost double the space. Many people have found that putting jackets on these hooks frees up a lot of space because they are the bulkiest items in your closet. Additionally, we all have some type of shelving in our closet. Making the best use of shelving is going to be dependent on what you’re wanting to store and the amount of it. If it’s clothing, then there are different ways you can go about organizing them on your shelves so that your piles don’t get disorganized.
